SOLIS RESIDENCES
Anticipated Launch 2029
An Exercise in Permanence
Solis Residences commands 300 metres of private bay frontage in Miami’s premier waterfront enclave. Designed as a sculpted beacon reflecting the golden Florida sun, the 50-storey curvilinear tower features 92 ultra-luxury sky villas, each blessed with private flow-through floor plans and continuous deep cantilevered verandahs.
Architectural Concept & Form
The tower’s aerodynamic glass skin is designed to minimize wind shear and reduce hurricane turbulence. Soft organic curves evoke the movement of ocean swells, while the podium is sheltered by living mangrove coastal wetlands that absorb tidal surges.
Form follows climatic consequence. By treating natural light, prevailing atmospheric currents, and regional materials not as peripheral considerations but as generative structural catalysts, the building achieves an innate sense of belonging.
Environmental & Regenerative Commitments
Living Mangrove Tidal Buffer
Restored native mangrove coastal ecosystems protect the shoreline against storm surges while providing wildlife habitat.
High-Performance Solar Glass
Electrochromic dynamic glass automatically adjusts tint based on sun position to cut cooling energy.
Rainwater Vault & Irrigation Loop
Massive subterranean retention cisterns eliminate municipal water consumption for landscaping.
